Extended Advisory Support
Learning & Development
Building the capabilities organizations need to sustain performance.
As organizations evolve, the capabilities that once supported performance often become insufficient for the company’s next stage.
People & Co helps organizations strengthen the leadership, decision-making, and operational capabilities required to support growth, transformation, and increasing complexity.
Learning Strategy
We help organizations define the role of learning within the business and build the systems required to support long-term capability development.
This includes
- L&D strategy and operating model
- capability priorities aligned with business goals
- learning architecture and delivery approach
- governance and measurement frameworks
- implementation roadmaps
Capability Diagnostics
We identify the capability gaps most impacting business performance, helping organizations prioritize learning investment where it matters most.
This includes
- capability gap assessment
- role and skill mapping
- team and leadership diagnostics
- prioritization by business impact
- development recommendations
Learning Design
We design tailored learning experiences built around the organization’s context, leadership realities, and strategic priorities.
This includes
- leadership development programs
- decision-making and governance capability
- manager development
- cross-functional alignment programs
- executive and board-level workshops

Our Platforms
The advisory work, made continuous.
Alongside our advisory engagements, we build the systems that carry the work forward — so what a diagnosis reveals does not decay into a slide deck.
From diagnosis to living documentation.
Advisory engagements produce clarity. This platform is how that clarity gets captured, applied, and kept current — turning diagnostics, documentation, and process design into a system the organization actually uses.
Every client has a structured profile: industry, headcount, strategic priorities, HR maturity, culture, and preferred document tone. That profile becomes the shared context behind every diagnostic, document, and process the platform produces — so the output reads as though it were written for that specific organization, because it was.
What it does
Diagnostic Surveys
Build and distribute bilingual organizational surveys, then turn the responses into a structured diagnostic report — scores, gaps, priority actions, and next steps — mapped to the C.L.E.A.R. Method.
Job Descriptions
Generate role descriptions grounded in the client’s structure and stage, individually or in bulk. Editable, versioned, and exportable to PDF or Word.
Policies & Handbooks
Draft policies from a category library, shaped by the client’s jurisdiction, industry, and tone. Version them, assemble them into an employee handbook, and export the finished document.
Process Builder
Turn a described workflow into a structured, editable diagram with role assignments — so an operating process becomes something the organization can see, agree on, and follow.
A client portal
Clients log in to a portal of their own to run diagnostics and reach their reports, policies, job descriptions, and handbooks. Deliverables stay live and available, rather than buried in an email thread.
Bilingual by design
Surveys and reports are produced in both English and Arabic, with the two versions kept structurally identical — so scores and findings never drift apart between languages.
Performance management is a business process, not an HR admin task.
A multi-tenant, advisory-grade performance assessment platform, licensed to client organizations and configured by People & Co — field labels, competency banks, rating scales, and workflow, tailored per client.
It runs as a single review pipeline, once per employee, per cycle. Each stage feeds the next, so an appraisal is never written from a blank page and an outcome is never decided without the evidence behind it.
The 3Cs
Three principles govern how every screen behaves.
Clarity
Forms guide users clearly, so the process is understood rather than endured.
Consistency
Workflows enforce process uniformity, so every employee is assessed on the same basis.
Consequences
Outcomes are visible and actionable, so the cycle changes something.
The PEAR Cycle
Every form is anchored in a four-stage cycle.
Plan
ObjectivesGoals cascade from corporate to departmental to individual, each with a KPI, a weight, and a timeline. An individual objective cannot exist without a link up the chain — which is precisely what prevents goal-setting in isolation.
Engage
Self-assessment & 360°A structured self-assessment that locks at the deadline, plus 360° feedback from nominated raters — confirmed by HR before dispatch — aggregated into a report with a self-versus-rater gap analysis.
Assess
Appraisal & calibrationThe manager appraisal is the official record: evidence-backed ratings against each objective, competencies drawn from the client’s locked bank, and an appraiser certification that the assessment is evidence-based and free from bias. A calibration committee then reviews ratings on a nine-box grid.
Reward
Career rating & outcomeA three-state trajectory rating — on track, on track with issues, or off track — followed by a formal outcome with a four-step approval chain and a consistency check that blocks contradictions, such as a promotion for an off-track employee.
What makes it different
Values and ethics as a hard gate
Ethics is assessed as a standalone, binary check, deliberately kept out of the performance score. A non-compliant finding restricts the possible outcomes and requires HR acknowledgment. Most platforms bury this as a competency sub-rating.
Enforced goal cascading
Objectives must link upward, and weights must total one hundred percent. Goal-setting in isolation is among the most common failure points in performance management, and the system simply does not permit it.
A locked competency bank
Competencies are selected from the client’s bank, never free-typed. Free text is the most common data-quality failure in enterprise systems, and this discipline is what makes analysis across employees meaningful.
Calibration with a full audit trail
Committee adjustments retain the original rating alongside the revised one, with the rationale attached — so decisions remain explicable long after the meeting ends.
Reporting
Completion tracking, rating distribution as a bell curve for calibration, outcome distribution, year-on-year career trends, 360° response rates, development-plan tracking, and HR-only ethics flags — all exportable.
On the roadmap
AI-assisted appraisal narratives and 360° theme synthesis, attrition-risk flags, single sign-on, HRIS integrations, Arabic right-to-left support, and white-label theming.
