Background
Hala brings extensive international experience across organizational advisory, leadership governance, and business transformation, including work within tier-1 multinational consulting environments.
Her approach combines the strategic depth of global consulting firms, the perspective of academic and executive education environments, and the hands-on engagement of an advisor working closely with leadership teams.
She remains closely involved throughout engagements to ensure that organizational structures, governance frameworks, and leadership systems are effectively implemented and sustained as organizations evolve.
